The Patricia Bech Travel Hub has an article that suggests some Christmas Markets to visit. Among the list of Christmas Markets is Winter Wonderland.
Winter Wonderland is so big, it deserves its own separate article. Over the years it has grown into one of the most impressive Christmas experiences in the UK and probably Europe.
Winter Wonderland starts in November and runs throughout the holiday season until January 1st. There are so many activities to enjoy as part of Winter Wonderland and here are some ideas of things to do during your visit.

Ice Skating
The winter months in the UK aren’t always that cold, but you can make the most of the ice skating experience at Winter Wonderland. Each session lasts 45 minutes and this is the UK’s largest outdoor ice rink.
Real Ice Slide
Continuing with the icy theme, there is also a real ice slide at Winter Wonderland. This is great fun for children and you can zoom down the ice slide while racing friends of siblings.
Giant Wheel
The Giant Wheel can be seen from miles away! It goes really high and gives you great views of the city. You can rise above Hyde Park and see some of the famous landmarks. You will get an amazing view of this part of London.
Santa’s Grotto
This is an experience that the children obviously love! It can get booked up quickly though, so if you want to add some extra magic to your trip, make sure you book in to visit Santa’s Grotto in plenty of time.
Bar Ice
For the adults, you can enjoy Bar Ice where there are delicious cocktails available in an icy setting.
See a show
Winter Wonderland in London’s Hyde Park also has some festive shows. You can see Zippos Christmas Circus, which will be making a return this year with a brand new international cast of circus superstars.
