Maroccan​ Pastilla

Pastilla (Bastilla) is a traditional chicken pie. The traditional filling includes the pigeon (or chicken), roasted almonds, sugar, cinnamon and eggs – all wrapped up in a pie made from filo pastry. It’s served on special events, i.e weddings. Crispy yet succulent!
