Best Bikini Body Tips

During lockdown I have been trying to stay as fit and healthy as possible. Normally at this time of year, I can’t wait to buy a new bikini and head off to the beach. Whether that is in England or whether it involves travelling to a sun spot in Europe, I do enjoy relaxing on the beach.

It has been hard to stay on top of healthy eating and exercise during these times, but I have been browsing the online shops for inspiration of what to wear when we can make it to the beaches.

Eat lots of fruit and veg

Instead of consuming lots of chocolate during lockdown, I have been getting my sweet fix through fruit. Strawberries, raspberries, peaches and lots more! It is more healthy and definitely helps to keep the weight down a bit.

Run, run, run!

It has been hard to exercise with no gyms open. I have been making the most of getting outside and running. It is a great way to stay fit both physically and mentally!

Tan – but fake it!

I wrote about some fake tans recently and it is a great way to make your skin look bronzed without risking the rays. This means wearing a bikini will definitely be easier when we finally make it to the beach.
